Shipping costs
We ship worldwide! Orders with a total value of CHF 150.00 and over, are sent with no extra cost for shipping inside of Switzerland. Shipping cost for order below CHF 150.00 and/or with a destination outside of Switzerland is calculated individually for each order depending on the weight of the order and the prices of the Swiss Post. You see the shipping price during the check-out process.
Delivery
We send your order within 24 hours, inside Switzerland it takes 2-3 days time for delivery according to the delivery time of the Swiss Post.
On rare occasions, the stated times may be exceeded, we will contact you if so.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash on Delivery COD: You pay to the postman when he delivers the goods to you, including 15.00 CHF COD charge of the Swiss Post - only for orders from inside Switzerland.
Payment in Advance: After the transmission of your order we send you an email with the payment information - only for orders from inside Switzerland.
PayPal: You can pay with your credit card through the online pay system Paypal, check PayPal.com.
Cash Payment: Only available if you get your order direct in our street shop, Bubenbergplatz 8, Bern.
