Pricing
Our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and contain 7.6 % value added tax (VAT) as required by law. Shipping cost is not included in our prices, they are stated separately on completion of an order.
Order
Orders can only be placed in the online shop, by fax, telephone or e-mail.
Our online shop assortment is updated daily. Nevertheless it is possible, that an item is out of stock, even though it is still displayed in the online shop. If an ordered item is no longer available, the customer is informed by e-mail. The remainder of an order remains valid.
With the submission of an order, the customer enters a contract of purchase with Layup.
Conditional Sale
Any goods purchased shall remain the property of Layup, until full payment has been cleared.
Returns
Contact us before any return.
Goods may generally be returned within five days of receipt. Layup will initiate a refund of received payments only upon receipt of returned goods. Refunds are only possible, if we receive the returned goods in impeccable condition. Sealed items (books for example) can only be returned if they have not been opened and remain in their original packaging. The customer must cover all shipping costs of returned goods.
Defective goods may be returned within five days of receipt, as long as the defect was not caused by negligence of the customer.
Liability
Layup denies liability for damage to purchased goods that may occur through usage – and in particular inappropriate use by the customer.
Place of jurisdiction
Our business transactions are based solely on Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Bern.
General
With the submission of an order to Layup, the customer confirms to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
Please note that the display on the screen and the photography can show variation on colors, what is no reason to return the goods.
